Beta data note
Meridian is currently using static/imported listing data and reviewed community rules to find likely matches. Before making decisions, your agent should verify MLS status, price, photos, remarks, address/location, legal description, governing documents, permits, school districts, commute times, taxes, insurance, lending rules, and rental/STR restrictions.
Runtime mode is configurable. Production still needs hosted deployment, Supabase Auth/RLS hardening, API credentials, and scheduled MLS sync.
