About The Boundary Stone

The Boundary Stone is AI property search with community-rule intelligence. Describe the home or land you want in plain English, and each listing is matched with the community rules that govern it — covenants, deed restrictions and association rules — so you know what you can build, rent or keep before you fall in love with a place. It covers the North Texas Real Estate Information Systems (NTREIS) MLS area across North Texas and DFW, and is built to scale beyond it.

For home buyers

  • Search by describing what you want, not by filling in boxes.
  • See the community rules attached to a listing. Where we have not verified a community’s rules, we say so plainly rather than guessing.
  • Save searches and favourites, and work alongside your own agent.

For agents and brokers

  • A CRM built around buyers and listings: clients, showings, meetings and deadlines, transactions and documents.
  • The same community-rule intelligence, available inside the client conversation.
  • Brokerage tools for supervising agents and their transactions.

Agent and broker accounts are subscriptions, on the Agent & Broker Subscription Terms.

Google Calendar sync

Agents can choose to connect a Google account so their meetings and deadlines stay in step with Google Calendar, in both directions. When an agent connects, The Boundary Stone creates one calendar named “The Boundary Stone” in that Google account and keeps it in sync with the meetings and deadlines in their workspace. Unless the agent turns it off, it also adds read-only copies of their showings and deal dates (closings, option and inspection deadlines), which include the client's name and the property address. We only read and change events on that one calendar; the agent’s other Google calendars are never read.

Events on that calendar also appear in the agent’s daily brief email, and our AI assistant can read them when the agent asks about their schedule. Google data is never sold, shared for advertising, or used to train AI models. Agents can disconnect at any time, and our access is revoked at Google when they do. The details are in our Privacy Policy (section 8.6). The Boundary Stone’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
